If you want to send a message to someone on Twitter, go to their official Twitter page and you should see on the right hand side, a column side-bar type thing. There should be a short/small list of options you can do to connect to the person like “Message”..”Updates”…”Favorites”..

I don’t think this is possible because i have twitter and have been using it for a while. Twitter is really for anyone to see what your doing. If you want to send private stuff i would use text messaging and emailing
at the side it says DM or direct message. click on that and it will come up with all the ones you have received and it will say send direct message. click on that and you are done.
