How do you know if someone recieves txt alerts about you from twitter?

ok, so im on twitter and i have someone whos following me. and they used to get text alerts from me from twitter. idk if that makes sense. but hes still following me and i wanna know if i can find out if he gets my tweets throught text alerts. is there any way i can find this out?

  He only will get your Tweets via twitter if you have him on your settings. Just delete him if you are worried.
