go on the top left click on the Grey color picture and there is the option says Display image click it, select share my picture and click select, go to browse and into your folder where you saved you profile picture, click it and then click OK. Lastly click OK on the my display image page to save your settings.
For the web cam plug it and then open the conversation page the person you are talking to then click the option Actions on the top, then go into invite to view my web cam and other person has to accept and then it will probably work
