They have a Russian interface, if you speak Russian you can use it. You’ll also find people from Ukraine and other east European countries. I’ve tried those chat rooms and most people there are either Europeans or Asian and Africans living in Europe or Asia. The chat rooms are free, and you can create your own rooms as well. You might want to try the existing rooms first just to see who’s in there. They have both English and Russian chat rooms. You can also have private conversations with anybody who’s inside the chat room.
You will need to register and create your profile before you can access the chat rooms.
I hope that’s what you’re looking for. Give it a try and see if you can meet the kind of people you want to chat with.
