Messenger on the top on "Messenger" and then on " Preferences " and there click on " Ignore List" Make sure that this position is not checked " Ignore anyone who is not on my Messenger List." and make sure you don't have any contacts put into the position where it says " Ignore only the people below "...because if there are contacts in there that you want to unblock then you need to remove them from that list and then click on "Apply" first and then on "OK". If you need further assistance you can initiate a live chat with a Yahoo! Technical Support agent. You just need to sign onto your Yahoo!Messenger and then click on help and then on "Messenger Help" and then it will open up the help web page and there click on "Contact Us" Just click on the yellow link where it says " Chat with us live now " and a little window will open up where you'll be asked to put in your name and e-mail address and a brief description of your problem and then click on "Start Chat"...Sometimes you have to wait a little bit in line because the agents are busy with other costumers.
