I have been chatting for many years now, and have made many friendships over chat. There have been instances of people falling in love with and marrying fellow chatters. Well, that was some time ago.

Nowadays, I find chat rooms full of sex-starved people. The language used is gross and offensive to many. The proliferation has been much that it no longer remains a place for decent conversation.

Personally, I am saddened by this trend. What are your views on this?

It never used to be that way. I remember when you could waltz into a chat room without even having to be signed into messenger. And you could even click on voice in the chat room and hear people chatting away. There were many chat rooms to choose from too. It was good times. It’s not like that now, why did they change it?
