Every time I check my emails, yahoo signs me into their chat service in the same window. I can’t escape it. Their help page directs me to:

# Under “Chat & Mobile Text” on the left of the page, click the menu to the right of the words “I am”. This opens a pull-down menu.

I can’t find this chat and mobile text thing anywhere.
